We're seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. As the Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive workspace.

Job responsibilities

  • Manages, designs, and implements policies and procedures relating to a company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Ensures that inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.
  • Provides training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
  • Provides counseling to employees in the program.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area.
  • Typically reports to top management.
  • Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

1. Administrative Oversight:

  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including reception, mail distribution, and supplies procurement.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productive work.

2. Staff Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related matters.

3. Facilities Management:

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
  • Oversee security protocols and emergency preparedness plans.

4. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.

5. Budget Management:

  • Monitor office expenditures and work within allocated budgets.
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.

6. Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
  • Distribute internal announcements, memos, and updates as necessary.
