Prakriti is a graduate of Kathmandu University and a licensed legal practitioner. She has over five years of professional experience in programme management, communication and partnerships, international collaboration, and programme design, monitoring, and implementation across various national and international NGOs in Nepal.

Jagdishwor has been working with SDA as the Vice Chairperson since 2025.

Dashrath is an engineer working with the Survey Department of the Government of Nepal. Known for his calm and peace-loving nature, he expresses his deep appreciation for Nepal’s beauty through adventure and travel.

A founding member of SDA and a seasoned registered nurse, Reeta brings over a decade of professional experience working across government institutions and international NGOs. Her extensive contributions to integrated community development have played a vital role in advancing sustainable health and social initiatives.

Sharan holds a Master’s degree in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (MTVET) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Rural Development, along with an IT background. He has professional experience working in TVET programmes through various NGO and INGO projects. Passionate about personal growth and exploration, he enjoys traveling, trekking, reading, sports, and learning new skill sets.

Phoolmaya hails from Mugu and completed her Diploma in Civil Engineering from Asian Engineering College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management at Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management. She joined SDA as an EC Trainee in 2024 and is currently serving as an EC Member. Phoolmaya enjoys reading novels, exploring opportunities for self-development, and spending time with children.

Narshing hails from the mid-western region of Nepal. He works as a construction supervisor engineer and has been professionally engaged in the construction sector as well as with different NGOs for the past 7-8 years. His experience reflects a strong commitment to both infrastructure development and community engagement.

Aarti is a 28-year-old dentist from Mugu. She has been serving as a Trainee EC member at SDA since October 2025. Aarti grew up in Shangrila Orphanage Home, and her journey reflects resilience, dedication, and a strong passion for contributing to society and supporting children and communities in need.

Santosh is a Biology student at United Academy and has been associated with the organization for nearly a year. Originally from Dang and currently based in Patan, Sundhara, he enjoys playing football and cricket, traveling to new places, and exploring new learning opportunities.

Sabin is a Computer Science student at United Academy. Originally from Kalikatar and currently based in Patan, Sundhara, he is passionate about technology, digital learning, and personal growth. He enjoys playing football, traveling, and embracing new challenges that contribute to both his personal and professional development.
