Sagar has always been passionate about social service and community engagement. He began his journey with SDA as a Field Coordinator in Kalikatar and, since 2018, has been serving as the Coordinator of the organization. His dedication and enthusiasm continue to contribute significantly to SDA’s mission and impact.

Samjhana has been serving as the Admin and Finance Officer at SDA for the past nine years, bringing extensive experience in administrative and financial management. In her free time, she actively enhances her knowledge by exploring finance and accounting software through online learning resources.

Bibhu is a law graduate and a passionate advocate for storytelling and gender justice. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to feminist values, community engagement, and creating inclusive spaces where young voices can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, traveling, spending time in nature, and cooking hearty meals with and for others. She values social connections and believes in learning through interactions and shared experiences.

Ram Sharan, originally from Sisneri, Makwanpur, has been living and working in Kathmandu for many years. Before joining SDA, he worked at Himalayan Arts. He enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and meeting people from different backgrounds.

Krishna began her independent journey at an early age through SDA. Having worked with SDA for the past five years, she has gained valuable practical experience in organizational structure, office operations, and, most importantly, the mission and vision of SDA. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2024 and remains dedicated to contributing towards social development and community empowerment.
