In addition to its long-term development programmes under the Shangri-La Sustainable Local Initiative (SSLI), Shangri-La Development Association (SDA) implements One-Time Support Projects (OTSPs) to address specific community needs, strengthen existing programmes, and respond to emergencies. These projects are developed in close partnership with local governments, schools, health institutions, community groups, and beneficiaries to create meaningful and sustainable change.
